FUKURA
Image

FUKURA is a selective post-emergence herbicide of Sulfonylurea group used for the effective control of narrow leaf weeds like phalaris minor in wheat crop. It also control broad leaved weeds like Chenopodium album and Melilotus alba.

Active Ingredient: Sulfosulfuron
Formulation: 75% WG
Features

FUKURA is a systemic, selective post-emergent herbicide.

FUKURA inhibits the synthesis of amino acids and stops the metabolic process, with the result weeds dry up and ultimately dies.

FUKURA rapidly inhibits growth of susceptible weeds.

Mode of action

Sulfosulfuron inhibits acetolactate synthase (ALS), also called acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS), a key enzyme in the biosynthesis of the branched-chain amino acids isoleucine, leucine, and valine, hence stopping cell division and plant growth.

Antidote
